2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon maple-flavored or pure maple syrup

1 ripe cantaloupe

Place sour cream, banana, lime juice, honey, maple syrup and ginger in 5-cup blender container. Cover; blend at low speed 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
