4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 to 4 tablespoons milk
STEP 1
Combine all ingredients except milk in small mixer bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often and adding enough milk for desired spreading consistency.
Variations: Chocolate Frosting: Add 2 ounces melted, cooled unsweetened chocolate. Creamy Coconut Frosting: Stir in 1 teaspoon coconut extract or flavoring. Lemon or Orange Frosting: Stir in 2 teaspoons grated lemon or orange zest.
