Fig & Prosciutto Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

8 slices Italian bread

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter softened

1/3 cup fig spread

8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® 4 Cheese Italian Blend

4 (1/2-ounce) slices prosciutto

1 cup arugula

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Spread 1 side of each bread slice with butter and other side with fig spread. Layer 4 slices bread with 1 slice cheese, prosciutto, arugula, and 1 slice cheese, fig spread-side up. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered-side up.

  2. STEP 2

    Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat.

  3. STEP 3

    Cook sandwiches, turning once, 5-9 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
