3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

Combine butter, brown sugar and sugar in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips, pecans and toffee bits.
Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls, 2 inches apart, onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 11-16 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let stand 2 minutes on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack.
Cookies will look underbaked in center but will continue to brown while cooling.

This cookie is delicious! It is my husband's favorite cookie, & the last time I took some to a group of people, they said it was the best cookie they'd ever eaten! I do make them smaller than the recipe calls for, & they do well!
Fabulous cookies!! Who could resist pecans, chocolate chips and toffee bits :) These were a family favorite and will be made for years to come. We also made smaller cookies, using a cookie scoop rather than the 1/4 cup.
