1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 tablespoons dry white wine or sherry
1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
*Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley.
**Substitute 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves.
Beat butter in bowl at medium speed until creamy. Add all remaining ingredients; beat at low speed until well mixed.
Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to enhance flavors. Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks.

I make this every year for nearly every holiday - Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas. If I arrive at the family gatherings without it, I think my family would send me home to make it and arrive again. :) This has been a staple at our gatherings for years!
