When you see this badge, you know it will be good! These are the recipes that have passed our test.
2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Half & Half
1 (10- to 14-ounce) round prepared Italian pizza crust
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
Heat 1 side of gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Place coals to 1 side in charcoal grill.
Place garlic in mini food processor bowl fitted with metal blade. Cover; process 10 seconds or until garlic is very finely chopped. Add basil, butter and half & half. Cover; process 15-20 seconds or until basil is finely chopped.
Spread basil sauce evenly over pizza crust; top with 3/4 cup cheese. Place tomato slices over cheese; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Place pizza onto grill opposite coals. Close lid; grill, rotating once, 12-15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Oven Directions: Prepare as directed above. Heat oven to 400°F. Bake10-12 minutes.
Pizza is as easy to make on the grill as it is in the oven—and the toppings are limited only by your imagination.
