3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs, hard-cooked, peeled, cooled, sliced
4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
2 teaspoons mustard
4 slices deli ham
*Substitute 4 poached or fried eggs.
Spread muffin halves with butter. Place onto baking sheet. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 1-2 minutes or until light golden brown.
Divide egg slices between 4 muffin halves; top each with 1 slice cheese. Spread remaining muffin halves with mustard; top each with 1 slice ham. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 1-2 minutes or until cheese just begins to melt.
Place muffin halves with ham over cheese-topped muffin halves. Serve warm.
