These grilled hamburgers are stuffed with a mushroom, green olive and cream cheese mixture and topped with Deli American for the ultimate cheeseburger recipe.

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons jarred, sliced mushrooms, drained, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped green olives
1 teaspoon chopped fresh garlic
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds lean ground beef
8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar American Blend
6 sesame seed hamburger buns, cut in half
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil
6 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Combine cream cheese, mushrooms, green olives, garlic and pepper in bowl.
Shape ground beef into 12 large (1/4-inch thick) patties. Place about 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture in center of 6 patties. Top each with 1 meat patty; press around edges to seal.
Spread each cut side of buns with 1/2 teaspoon Butter with Canola Oil. Place onto grill, butter side down and grill just until golden brown and toasted. Remove from grill, set aside.
Place patties onto grill. Grill, turning once, 15-18 minutes or until desired doneness. Top each burger with 2 slices cheese; continue grilling 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Spread 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard on each bun, top with cheeseburger.
