Filling
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 (29-ounce) can pumpkin
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
5 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Topping
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cold Land O Lakes® Butter, cut into chunks
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Garnish
Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream, sweetened, whipped, if desired
Ground cinnamon, if desired
STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.
STEP 2
Combine all filling ingredients in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth.
STEP 3
Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until partially set.
STEP 4
Combine flour and 1/2 cup brown sugar in bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle topping over hot, partially baked pumpkin filling.
STEP 5
Continue baking 15-20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or until completely cooled.
STEP 6
Dollop each serving with whipped cream; sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Store refrigerated.
