1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Fresh Buttery Taste® Spread, melted
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 (3- to 4-pound) whole frying chicken, cut into 8 pieces
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Heat one side of gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Make aluminum foil drip pan; place opposite coals.
Combine all sauce ingredients in bowl.
Place chicken pieces onto grill over drip pan; brush with sauce. Cover; grill, turning and brushing occasionally with sauce, 60-75 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and juices run clear when pierced with fork. Sprinkle with parsley.
