Salsa
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 medium tomato, seeded, chopped
1 small (1/2 cup) zucchini, coarsely chopped
1 Serrano pepper, seeded, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Swordfish
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 pound swordfish steaks
STEP 1
Combine all salsa ingredients in bowl. Cover; let stand 1 hour to blend flavors.
STEP 2
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
STEP 3
Combine all swordfish ingredients except swordfish steaks in bowl. Brush fish with butter mixture; place onto grill.
STEP 4
Close lid; grill, turning once, 8-12 minutes or until internal temperature of fish reaches at least 145°F and flakes easily with fork. Serve with salsa.
