Ingredients

Salsa

1/4 cup
chopped celery
1/4 cup
chopped green onions
1 medium
tomato, seeded, chopped
1 small (1/2 cup)
zucchini, coarsely chopped
1
Serrano pepper, seeded, chopped
1 tablespoon
lime juice
1 teaspoon
finely chopped fresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1/8 teaspoon
pepper

Swordfish

3 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon
pepper
1 tablespoon
chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons
lime juice
1 pound
swordfish steaks

Directions

  1. Combine all salsa ingredients in bowl. Cover; let stand 1 hour to blend flavors.
  2. Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  3. Combine all swordfish ingredients except swordfish steaks in bowl. Brush fish with butter mixture; place onto grill.
  4. Close lid; grill, turning once, 8-12 minutes or until internal temperature of fish reaches at least 145°F and flakes easily with fork. Serve with salsa.
