Ingredients

Relish

1 medium (1 Cup)
chopped zucchini
1 small (1/2 Cup)
chopped onion
1 tablespoon
sugar
1 tablespoon
chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons
chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons
lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
pepper

Sauce

3 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
2 tablespoons
chopped fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon
lemon juice

Salmon

4 (6-ounce)
salmon steaks

Directions

  1. Combine all relish ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
  2. Heat 1 side of gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white; place coals to 1 side in charcoal grill. Make aluminum foil drip pan; place opposite coals.
  3. Stir together all sauce ingredients in small bowl. Brush both sides of salmon steaks with sauce.
  4. Place fish on grill over drip pan. Cover; grill, turning and brushing with sauce once, until fish flakes with fork (15 to 20 minutes). Serve with relish.
