Learn How it Works...
2 large (about 2 cups) peaches, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Fat Free Half & Half
*Substitute 2 cups frozen sliced peaches, thawed
STEP 1
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
STEP 2
Cut 4 (12-inch) lengths of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Place equal amounts of peaches, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon onto 2 pieces of foil. Cover each with another piece of foil; create packet by folding edges over twice.
STEP 3
Place packets onto grill. Grill, turning halfway through grilling, 8-10 minutes or until peaches are tender.
STEP 4
Carefully slit top of aluminum foil packets; spoon peach mixture into serving dishes. Pour 1 tablespoon half & half over each serving.
Spoon warm peaches over vanilla ice cream for a tasty treat.
