Garlic Roasted Potato Wedges

Ingredients
6 large red potatoes
13 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, melted
1 12 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
12 teaspoon salt
14 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
13 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 425°F.

STEP 2
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; cut each half into 4 wedges.

STEP 3
Combine potatoes, melted Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, garlic, salt and pepper in bowl; toss to coat.

STEP 4
Place potato mixture into 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes; turn potatoes. Sprinkle potatoes with Parmesan cheese; toss lightly. Continue baking 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
