Roasted grapes and feta create a Greek-inspired pizza.
1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt melted
1/2 pound red grapes, stems removed
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
4 (6-inch) round flatbreads
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
Heat oven to 425°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil; set aside.
Combine 1 teaspoon melted Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt and grapes in bowl; stir to coat grapes well. Add Italian seasoning and black pepper; mix well. Place grapes in single layer on prepared pan. Bake 14-17 minutes or until grapes begin to soften and give off some juice. Cool completely. Cut roasted grapes in half.
Combine remaining melted Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt and garlic in bowl. Brush 1 tablespoon garlic mixture evenly onto each flatbread. Top each with 1/4 cup chicken, 2 tablespoons feta, 1/4 cup roasted grape halves and 1/4 teaspoon thyme. Place each flatbread onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 5-7 minutes or until crisp around edges and toppings are heated through.
