2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Melt butter in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat just until sizzling. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add asparagus; cook 5-7 minutes, stirring often, until crisply tender. Remove from heat; toss with lemon juice. Serve immediately.

We're full-time RVers and are always looking for quick but tasty recipes. We learned about Saute' Express at Lin's Fresh Market grocery store in Cedar City, Utah from Al, the product demonstrater. The asparagus is delicious. We've then used the asparagus as a vegetable for dinner, in sandwiches with deli ham and swiss cheese on garlic bread and broiled until the cheese melts. Another faviorite is omelettes with sauteed asparagus and cream cheese. My daughter uses the saute' express to roast potatoe cubes in the oven.
Everythig we've tried has been delicious.
