1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 (4-ounce) packages crumbled blue cheese
1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 (6-inch) pita breads, each cut into 8 wedges
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine all spread ingredients in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
Split each pita wedge in half along outside seam. Place wedges, smooth side down, onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 6-8 minutes or until crisp. Serve spread with pita crisps. Store spread refrigerated.
Spread can be refrigerated or frozen until served; serve at room temperature.
