2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1/4 cup hickory-flavored cooking sauce and marinade or barbeque sauce
4 split chicken breasts, skinned
1/2 cup green or red salsa
Sour cream, if desired
STEP 1
Heat 1 side of gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Place coals to 1 side in charcoal grill. Make aluminum foil drip pan; place opposite hot coals.
STEP 2
Stir together butter and cooking sauce in bowl. Brush butter mixture over chicken.
STEP 3
Place chicken onto grill over drip pan. Grill, turning and basting occasionally with butter mixture, 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
STEP 4
Spoon salsa over chicken; dollop with sour cream, if desired.
