4 cups
uncooked farfelle (bow tie) pasta
2 cups
light sour cream
1/4 cup
Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons
12 ounces
thick sliced deli reduced fat cooked ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 tablespoons
finely chopped green onion
1 (1-pound) package
frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)


  1. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain.
  2. Combine sour cream, mustard and honey in bowl; mix well. Set aside.
  3. Place ham and onion in 12-inch nonstick skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 3-4 minutes or until ham is lightly browned. Add vegetables. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add cooked pasta and sour cream mixture; stir gently to coat. Cook 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
