2 cups uncooked dried bow tie (farfalle) pasta
1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 small (1 cup) red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch strips
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 cup cubed cooked ham
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Swiss Cheese, cut into 1/4-inch strips
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with water; set aside.
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; stir in mushrooms, zucchini, bell pepper and onion. Cook over medium heat 4-6 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender.
Stir in cooked pasta, ham, basil, salt and pepper; continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Top with cheese; let stand 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
