2/3 cup white wine

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic

1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves

1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

    Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. Use to marinate 2 pounds meat such as chicken, pork or beef.
