Ingredients

1/2 pound
sliced Land O Lakes® Deli American, chopped
1 (14-ounce) can
artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 cup
grape tomatoes, cut in quarters
1/4 cup
water
3 tablespoons
sliced green onion
1/2 cup
chopped fresh basil
Dash hot pepper sauce, if desired
Crostini, sliced sourdough bread, crackers, etc.

Directions

  1. Combine cheese, artichokes, tomatoes, water and green onion in bowl. Microwave, stirring every minute, 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and smooth. Stir in basil and hot pepper sauce, if desired.
  2. Serve immediately with crostini, bread and/or crackers.

Recipe Tips

- Serve this dip in small slow cooker set to low. Stir occasionally.

- To make ahead, prepare all ingredients except breads or crackers. Cover; refrigerate. Just before serving, heat in microwave.
