Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

4 cup water3 large Land O Lakes® Eggs (yolks only)
3 Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
4 cup1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt, if desired
Pepper, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Place water and egg yolks into 1-quart saucepan; beat with whisk until well mixed. Cook over low heat, whisking constantly, 12-15 minutes or until mixture is thickened.

STEP 2
Remove from heat; very slowly whisk in melted butter. Stir in lemon juice and seasoning to taste.
