1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon southwest seasoning
1 small (1/2 cup) tomato, seeded, finely chopped
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
1/2 cup sliced green onions
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Combine all guacamole ingredients in bowl; mash with fork until well mixed but still chunky.
Spread refried beans evenly into 8-inch square baking dish; cover with 4 slices cheese. Spread guacamole evenly over cheese; top with remaining cheese slices. Bake 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
Combine sour cream and southwest seasoning in bowl. Spread over cheese. Top with tomatoes, black olives and green onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
