1 (5-ounce) package mixed salad greens
1/4 pound slice Land O Lakes® Provolone Cheese, cubed 1/2 inch
1/4 pound slice deli smoked turkey breast, cut into julienne strips
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives
4 pepperoncini peppers
1 tomato, cut into wedges
1 thin slice red onion, separated into rings
1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
Freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
*Substitute 1/4 pound slice Land O Lakes® Deli American, cubed 1/2 inch.
Place all salad ingredients in large bowl; toss lightly. Divide salad among 4 resealable plastic food containers. Pour 2 tablespoons dressing into each of 4 small resealable plastic food containers. Cover each container; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until serving time.
Just before serving, pour 1 container dressing over 1 container salad; toss lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
