1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
4 cups powdered sugar
Combine sour cream and butter in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Add powdered sugar gradually, beating at low speed until frosting is smooth and creamy. Cover; store refrigerated.
Vanilla Cream: Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Chocolate Cream: Add 1 (1-ounce) square unsweetened baking chocolate, melted.
Orange Cream: Add 1/2 teaspoon orange flavoring and 1 tablespoon freshly grated orange zest.
This recipe makes enough frosting for a 13x9-inch cake or 12 cupcakes.
