4 ounces (1 1/2 cups) uncooked dried bow tie pasta
1 cup pitted ripe olives, drained, halved
1/2 cup vinaigrette Italian dressing
6 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed 1/2-inch
4 Roma tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water. Drain.
Combine cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Place salad in covered container and store inside cold picnic cooler when transporting.

I used onions, a tsp. of basil pesto and about a tad of vinegar to give it a boost of flavor.
I absolutely LOVE making this recipe!!!! Except I don't like olives and I'm to impatient to wait an hour for it to cool so I just eat it!!!!:P
