Italian dressing and mozzarella cheese are combined with pasta in this simple to make pasta salad.

Ingredients

4 ounces (1 1/2 cups)
uncooked dried bow tie pasta
1 cup
pitted ripe olives, drained, halved
1/2 cup
vinaigrette Italian dressing
6 ounces
Land O Lakes® Mozzarella Cheese, cubed 1/2-inch

Roma tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water. Drain.
  2. Combine cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Recipe Tips

Place salad in covered container and store inside cold picnic cooler when transporting.
