4 ounces uncooked dried pasta twists
1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter
1 large (1 cup) red onion, chopped
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
3 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American chopped
1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed, drained
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
2 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch
Cook pasta twists according to package directions. Drain.
Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan until sizzling; add onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 4-5 minutes or until onion is softened .
Add chopped cheese and all remaining ingredients. Stir in cooked pasta. Cover; continue cooking 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
