1/2 cup red wine vinaigrette
1 (16-ounce) loaf French bread, sliced horizontally
12 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
6 leaves leaf lettuce
1/2 pound thinly sliced deli ham
1/4 pound thinly sliced salami
1/4 pound thinly sliced pepperoni
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1/2 small red onion, cut into thin rings
*Substitute Italian dressing or hot pepper hoagie spread. **Substitute Land O Lakes® 4 Cheese Italian Blend.
STEP 1
Brush vinaigrette onto cut-sides of bread. Top bottom half of bread evenly with 6 slices cheese, lettuce, ham, salami, pepperoni, 6 remaining slices cheese, tomato slices and red onion rings. Cover with top half of bread. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
