Ingredients

2 pounds
chicken wingettes and drummies
1/4 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
(4 teaspoons)
curry powder
2 teaspoons
ground ginger
1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
salt
 
Mango chutney, if desired
Sliced cucumbers, if desired

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place chicken wings, melted butter, curry powder, ginger, cinnamon and salt into large resealable plastic food bag. Seal bag tightly; shake bag until chicken is evenly coated with spices.
  3. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil; spray with no-stick cooking spray. Arrange chicken wings in single layer in pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until crispy, browned and no longer pink in center.
  4. Serve chicken with chutney and sliced cucumbers, if desired.
