Indian-Spiced Chicken Wings

Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wingettes and drummies
1 Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
4 cup4 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1
2 teaspoon salt
Mango chutney, if desired
Sliced cucumbers, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 425°F.

STEP 2
Place chicken wings, melted butter, curry powder, ginger, cinnamon and salt into large resealable plastic food bag. Seal bag tightly; shake bag until chicken is evenly coated with spices.

STEP 3
Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil; spray with no-stick cooking spray. Arrange chicken wings in single layer in pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until crispy, browned and no longer pink in center.

Serve chicken with chutney and sliced cucumbers, if desired.
