Ingredients

1/4 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1/4 cup
lemon juice
1 teaspoon
dried marjoram leaves
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1 (3 To 4-Pound) package
cut-up broiler-fryer chicken

Directions

  1. Heat broiler. Combine all ingredients except chicken in 1-quart saucepan. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade for seving. Place chicken pieces onto greased broiler pan. Brush chicken with butter mixture.
  2. Broil 6 to 8 inches from heat, turning and basting with sauce every 10 minutes, until internal temperature is 165°F and chicken is no longer pink (30 to 35 minutes).
  3. Just before serving, spoon reserved 1/4 cup sauce over chicken.
