2 cups sour cream

1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, well-drained

1 (1 1/4-ounce) package taco seasoning mix

2 cups shredded lettuce

4 ounces (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese

1 large tomato, seeded, chopped, well-drained

1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted, chopped

2 tablespoons sliced green onions

2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives


Tortilla chips

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Place sour cream, chiles and taco seasoning mix in bowl; mix well.

  2. STEP 2

    Spread mixture onto 10- to 12-inch serving platter. Sprinkle with lettuce, Cheddar cheese, tomato, avocado, green onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
