1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cocktail sauce
6 ounces cooked small shrimp
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of 10-inch round serving dish; spread evenly with cocktail sauce. Top with shrimp, onions and reserved cheese.
Combine cream cheese and milk in small bowl until smooth. Stir in cheese, reserving 2 tablespoons for topping.
Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.

This recipe is so good! Whenever I make it for friends it is gone fast. When I don't have shrimp, I substitute imitation crab meat. Just as delicious and cheaper so that I can afford to make it more often.
Be sure to leave the cream out for a bit before spreading it. Then it will be much easier to use.
