Lemon Pepper Drop Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon dried basil leaves

1 teaspoon lemon & pepper seasoning

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Margarine, softened

4 ounces (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese

3/4 cup milk

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine flour, baking powder, basil, lemon & pepper seasoning and baking soda in bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix in with fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in shredded cheese. Stir in milk just until moistened.

  3. STEP 3

    Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls, 2 inches apart, onto large ungreased baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
