Ingredients

Aioli

1/2 cup
mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon
finely chopped fresh garlic

Burger

1 (20-ounce) package
lean ground turkey
1 tablespoon
freshly grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon
cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Butter
8 small
buns, split
8 small
lettuce leaves
8
thin tomato slices

Directions

  1. Combine all aioli ingredients in bowl; mix well. Set aside.
  2. Combine ground turkey, lemon zest, salt and pepper in another bowl; mix well. Shape into 8 patties.
  3. Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until sizzling. Place patties into skillet. Cook, turning once, 7-10 minutes until golden brown, internal temperature reaches 165ºF and no longer pink in center.
  4. Spread aioli onto bottom half of each bun. Place lettuce leaves onto bottom half of buns. Top each with tomato slice, burger and top half of bun. Serve immediately.

Recipe Tips

If your skillet will not accommodate 8 burger patties, cook in 2 batches using 1 tablespoon butter for each batch.
