Learn How it Works...
Glaze
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/4 cup stone-ground mustard
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons bourbon
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Chop
4 (1-inch thick) boneless pork loin chops
*Substitute 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate.
STEP 1
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
STEP 2
Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan until sizzling; add garlic. Cook 1 minute over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Whisk in all remaining glaze ingredients. Reserve 3 tablespoons glaze.
STEP 3
Place pork chops onto grill. Grill, turning once, 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 145°F and pork is tender. Brush pork chops with glaze during last 5 minutes of cooking.
STEP 4
Serve pork chops with reserved glaze.
Cooking times for pork depends on the shape and type of cut and whether or not it contains a bone. Use a meat thermometer or temperature probe to determine when pork is done. It should be at least 145ºF for medium doneness. Let pork rest 3 minutes before serving.
