2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon freshly grated orange zest
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg, beaten
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 3 (5x3 3/4-inch) mini loaf pans; set aside.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in medium bowl; set aside. Add dates, pecans and orange zest to flour mixture; stir to combine.
Combine milk, orange juice, butter and egg in large bowl. Slowly add flour mixture to wet ingredients; stir until just combined.
Divide batter among prepared pans. Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
A greased 9x5x3-inch baking pan may also be used. Bake 60-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 16 servings
