1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, cut into chunks
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (8-inch) prepared chocolate crumb pie crust
3/4 cup chopped nuts, divided, if desired
1 pint coffee ice cream, softened slightly
Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped, sweetened, if desired
Combine powdered sugar, chocolate chips, butter, cream and corn syrup in small heavy-duty saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Cool slightly.
Drizzle 1/3 cup chocolate sauce in bottom of crust; sprinkle with 1/4 cup nuts. Spoon 1/2 pint ice cream over nuts. Cover; freeze 1 hour.
Repeat layering with 1/3 cup sauce, 1/4 cup nuts and remaining ice cream. Drizzle with remaining sauce; top with remaining nuts. Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
Top with sweetened whipped cream before serving, if desired. Store in freezer.
