2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
12 (1-ounce) slices (3/4 pound) Canadian-style bacon
2 tablespoons real maple or maple-flavored syrup
*Substitute sliced smoked ham.
STEP 1
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add half of bacon slices. Cook over medium heat, turning once, until light golden brown. Drizzle 1 tablespoon maple syrup over bacon; continue cooking until heated through.
STEP 2
Remove bacon from pan; place onto serving plate. Pour maple butter from pan over bacon. Cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
STEP 3
Repeat with remaining butter, bacon and syrup. Serve warm.
Candian-style bacon can be purchased sliced or in a larger piece that you can cut to your preferred thickness.
