Delicious and taste great I will be making these again.
It needs just a bit more zip for my family, but for a greenhorn it would be just right!
how do you keep it from turning black?
Keep in mind the avocados in the guacamole will darken over time. This happens when the avocado or guacamole is exposed to air. A suggestion is to prepare the guacamole shortly before you want to serve it. Also, the addition of the lime juice to the guacamole mixture will slow down the darkening of the avocado in the guacamole. The lime or citrus addition will not prevent the darkening but only slow it up.
this is the best guacamole i have ever tasted!!!!!!!!!!
