My guests liked this very much. I used apple cider vinegar and added a bit more than called for - it was great and very easy.
I served this on an appetizer tray with crackers and small slices of french bread, and was inundated with recipe requests. I used EVOO and sharp white cheddar cheese (couldn't find Chedarella). Most importantly, I let it refrigerate overnight, which intensified the flavors. Excellent!
