2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound pork tenderloin, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 medium onion, cut into eighths
3 cups quartered cooked small new red potatoes
2 medium (1 cup) carrots, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 (10-ounce) package frozen Italian green beans
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in pork tenderloin slices and onion. Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until pork is lightly browned. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
Add potatoes and carrots to same skillet. Reduce heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned. Stir in maple syrup.
Return pork and onion to pan. Stir in beans. Cover; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 4-5 minutes or until beans are heated through. Serve immediately.
