1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (3-ounce) package cinnamon disk candies or fruit-flavored hard candy, crushed

Combine butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat at low speed until well mixed. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Roll out dough on lightly floured surface, one-half at a time (keeping remaining dough refrigerated), to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut with 2-inch doughnut cutter (cutter with hole in the center). Place 1 inch apart onto greased aluminum foil-lined cookie sheets. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon candy into center of cookie.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely before removing cookies from foil. Decorate cooled cookies with icing.
