Mac 'n Cheese
2/3 cup uncooked dried elbow macaroni
5 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut into quarters
3 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Provolone Cheese, cut into quarters
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half
Hot Dogs
4 hot dog buns
4 premium hot dogs
Toppings
Chopped cooked bacon, if desired
Chopped tomato, if desired
Chopped fresh chives, if desired
Sliced green onion, if desired
Ketchup, if desired
STEP 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; set aside. Keep warm.
STEP 2
Combine cheeses and half & half in 2-quart saucepan; cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Add cooked pasta; stir to combine.
STEP 3
Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
STEP 4
Open buns; place cut-sides down onto grill. Grill 1-2 minutes or until toasted. Set aside.
STEP 5
Place hot dogs onto grill. Grill, turning occasionally, 5-9 minutes or until heated through.
STEP 6
Place grilled hot dogs into buns; top each with about 1/2 cup mac ‘n cheese. Top with bacon, tomato and other toppings, if desired.
