mini pita breads
1/4 cup
pizza sauce
4 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® 4 Cheese Italian Blend

Toppings

Pepperoni, if desired
Chopped red bell pepper, if desired
Chopped green bell pepper, if desired
Sliced mushrooms, if desired
Sliced red onion, if desired
Pre-cooked sausage crumbles, if desired

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place pita breads onto ungreased large baking sheet. Bake 3-5 minutes or until warmed.
  3. Spread each pita with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce; top with 1 slice cheese. Top with desired toppings. Bake 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and toppings are hot.
