4 mini pita breads

1/4 cup pizza sauce

4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Italian Blend


Pepperoni, if desired

Chopped red bell pepper, if desired

Chopped green bell pepper, if desired

Sliced mushrooms, if desired

Sliced red onion, if desired

Pre-cooked sausage crumbles, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 400°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Place pita breads onto ungreased large baking sheet. Bake 3-5 minutes or until warmed.

  3. STEP 3

    Spread each pita with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce; top with 1 slice cheese. Top with desired toppings. Bake 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and toppings are hot.
