Ingredients

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

1 small (1/2 cup) onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeño peppers

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup chopped mango

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon white vinegar

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat until sizzling; add onion and jalapeño peppers. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until softened.

  2. STEP 2

    Stir in all remaining ingredients; continue cooking 5-6 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened.

  3. STEP 3

    Pour into mini-food processor bowl fitted with metal blade or blender container; process until smooth.
