Ingredients

1 cup
cooked pork sausage
1 small (1 cup)
green or yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup
salsa
1 (15-ounce) can
black beans, rinsed, drained
6 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Deli American, chopped
1/2 cup
milk
6 ounces
corn tortilla chips
1 medium (1 cup)
tomato, chopped
Salsa, if desired

Directions

  1. Combine sausage, bell pepper, salsa and beans in 1 1/2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Combine cheese and milk in bowl. Microwave 1 minute; stir. Continue microwaving 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth. Set aside.
  3. Place chips onto large platter. Layer chips with sausage mixture and chopped tomato. Drizzle cheese sauce over top. Serve with salsa, if desired.
