2/3 cup
1/2 cup
finely chopped pecans
8 ounces (2 cups)
shredded Cheddar cheese
4 slices
bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1 (14-ounce) can
artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
1 tablespoon
finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
Sliced artisan bread or crackers


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. 
  2. Stir together all ingredients except bread in bowl. Spoon mixture into ungreased 9-inch ovenproof shallow dish or pie pan.
  3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and spread is heated through. Serve with sliced artisan bread or crackers.
