Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package
cream cheese, softened
1/4 pound
sliced Land O Lakes® Swiss Cheese, finely chopped
3 ounces
deli corned beef, chopped
3 tablespoons
dill pickle relish or finely chopped dill pickles
3 tablespoons
thinly sliced green onion
1/2 cup
whole roasted salted almonds, finely chopped
 
1
green onion stem, cut into thin strips
 
Crackers

Directions

  1. Combine all cheese ball ingredients except almonds in bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Place mixture on waxed paper; form into football shape.
  2. Place chopped almonds in large shallow dish. Roll cheese ball in almonds to coat. Place on serving plate. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. Decorate cheese ball, just before serving, with green onion strips to resemble laces on football. Serve with crackers.
