2 cups sugar
1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
3 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients except flour and coconut in bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Stir in flour and coconut until well mixed.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 8-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
